Angelina V. DelCorio, Peacefully and suddenly passed away on September 30, 2021 at home. Born on July 8,1930 to the late Santo and Josephine (nee: Urso) Mancuso and has been a life long resident of South Philadelphia. She had many talents growing up recorded a few songs; such as “Green Eyes”, “Making Believe” and “Sue City Sioux”. She loved to go Ballroom dancing with her husband and was very proud of her Italian Heritage. On Friday nights she and her husband enjoyed going to Palumbo’s for dinner and watching many great performers that played at the Italian iconic location. More recently Angela enjoyed spending time with her family whether it was cooking a wonderful Sunday dinner, taking trips to Atlantic City or just driving around running errands with her daughter. In remembering Angelina, a warm smile was what stood out first along with her many attributes such as being: loving, caring, showing “unconditional love” to those around her. Also being devout in her religion and dedicated to her family. Beloved wife of the late Thomas F. “Tommy Muldoon” DelCorio, Sr. Loving mother to Thomas (Jean) DelCorio and Maureen (Late James, Jr.) Fratantoni and dearest grandmom of Anjelica (Steve) Hurlburt, Ashley Fratantoni and James J. Fratantoni, III and great grandmother to Nolan, Audrey and Charlie Hurlburt. Sister of Rose “Janet” Mancuso- Iezzi and the late Anthony “Nino” Mancuso, Katherine Tuso, Joseph Mancuso and James Mancuso. Also, she will be missed by her sister-in-law, Theresa Mancuso; nieces, nephews and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation Wednesday eve from 7-9pm and again on Thursday morning from 9-11am at the Murphy Ruffenach Brian W. Donnelly Funeral Home, 3rd & Wolf Sts. Funeral Home Religious Services will follow at 11am. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery.
