Billy Brown

William L. Brown, "Billy Brown", peacefully passed away on March 2, 2024 at the Methodist Hospital. Born on February 9, 1961 to the late Edward "Ben" Brown and Katherine "Ducky" (nee: Serviolo) Dugan and was a lifelong resident of South Philadelphia. Billy worked on the waterfront for the Seafarers Union. He enjoyed teaching his children to play chess and many other board games. He was very competitive! Father to Kerrin (Cayleen) Cahill and Billie Brown and the late Shane Patrick Brown and grandfather of 4. Brother of Edward Brown, Louis (Christine) Dugan, Susan (Elvis ) Goble, Jeffrey (Jenna) Brown, and the late Edward "Buddy" Dugan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, especially Jack Taylor and by many friends. Funeral Services will be privately held by family in Fernwood Cemetery and Mausoleum
