Theresa A. Coney

Theresa A. Coney, 64, of Philadelphia, passed away unexpectedly on Friday July 9, 2021. Born December 10, 1956, in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late George and Theresa (Sadonis) Sullivan and wife of the late Michael Coney. Theresa was the beloved mother of Amanda (Jason) Thomas and Christopher (Kathryn) Coney; and preceded in death by her beloved daughter Alison Coney. Loving grandmother of Olivia and Alexander Thomas and Eljah and Evelyn Coney. Devoted sister of Daniel and Albert Sullivan and Kathleen Gindville. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers George, and Robert Sullivan. A Memorial Mass will be held on July 24, 2021 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 9am Visitation, followed by a 10 am Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital at stjude.org.
