Steven G. Robinson

Steven G. Robinson, passed away on May 11,2024 at the Community Medical Center in Toms River, New Jersey. Born on October 31,1953 in Philadelphia to the late Edward and Elizabeth (nee: Jenkins) Robinson and has recently lived in Toms River, NJ. A retiree of the United States Postal Service where he worked as a letter carrier for many years. Prior to that he worked as a custodial engineer at St. Nicholas of Tolentine School for several years. While working there he met what would be the love of his life, Vivian Ruggeri and soon they would marry and begin to raise their family. Steve had a wonderful smile and personality; he was always willing to help anyone in need and dearly loved his family. After retiring he and his wife enjoyed taking many trips around the world aboard many cruise liners. He was a big child at heart and lived his life to the fullest. Loving father of Steven (Desiree Schotka) Robinson and Kellee Robinson. Dearest Pop Pop to John Paul, Emiliana Morgan and Jack Schotka. Brother of Barbara (Mario Cotellesa) Weber, Richard (Patricia) Robinson and Patricia (Charles) Rogers and brother-in-law of Domenick (Lucia) Ruggeri. He was also preceded in death by many of his siblings and especially by Lawrence (Romona) Jenkins. Sadly, he will be missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Relatives and friends are invited to gather Tuesday morning, May 21, 2024 from 9:30-10:50am at St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church, 910 Watkins St. Phila., PA 19148. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11am. Burial will be held later in the Military Cemetery. Family prefers memorial donations in Steves memory to be made to the above-mentioned Church.
