Shirley Smith

Shirley L. Smith, Passed away peacefully on May 24,2022. Born on April 13,1961 to the late Dozier and Jessie (nee: Scott) Smith and has been a lifelong resident of South Philadelphia. For many years she worked at Renaissance Nursing Facility as a CAN. Shirley was a simple lady who didnt need much to make her happy, just a quiet night watching television with her cat was more than enough. Devoted, caring, stern (in a loving way), and telling it like it was are the best ways of describing this special lady. Beloved sister of Karim Abdulribquid, Jimmy Smith, Marvin Smith, David Smith, and the late William Smith, Dozier L. Smith, Archie Smith, Christine Smith and Mary Smith. Also, she will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services private.
