Linda F. Toppi

Linda F. Toppi, affectionately known as Lyn to her family and friends. Peacefully passed away on January 9,2024 in the comfort of her home with her family by her side. Born on June 20,1951 to the late Frank and Cecelia (nee: Jaworski) Masino and has been a lifelong resident of South Philadelphia. For many years she has worked as a nurse in many different capacities and enjoyed helping and taking care of her patients. It was a very rewarding career path for her. Lyn had a great sense of humor, a free spirit, with a loving smile and was dedicated to her family especially her grandson. In her spare time, she enjoyed travelling, especially to Key West, shopping and listening to music and dancing. Beloved wife of 37 years to Joseph. Loving mother to Cecelia Toppi and the late Brian Burkhardt and dearest mom mom of Brian Burkhardt. Fur mom of Peppa and Honey, her faithful companions. Sister of Elaine Martin, Connie Quile, Jerry Masino and the late Lucille Holton, Maryann Dunn, Frank Masino and Leon Masino. Sadly, she will also be missed by her nieces, nephews and cousins and many dear friends. Funeral services will be private. IN keeping with her love of animals donations in her memory can be made to the SPCA, 350 E. Erie Avenue Phila., PA 19134.
