Kathleen "Kathy" Boris

Kathleen M. Boris, lovingly known as Kathy to family and friends. Passed away peacefully on January 31,2024 in Norfolk Hospital in Virginia. Born on September 27,1959 to Margaret (nee: Burke) and the late Francis Stipa, Jr. and was raised in Southwest Philadelphia. For many years she worked at Beneficial Bank in the customer service department. Kathy enjoyed taking many cruises throughout the Caribbean. Also, she enjoyed being on the beach, making arts, crafts, making wreaths, and crocheting blankets for others. Kathleen will be remembered as loving, caring, easy going, generous and giving wife, mother, and grandmother. Beloved wife of Joseph Boris. Loving mother of Christopher (Tara) Lynch, Ryan (Ashley) Lynch, and Stacie (Corey) Perskin. Dearest mom mom of Gabby, Cameron, Lola, Gage, Delanie, and great grandmom of Lana. Sister of Francis Stipa and the late Robert Stipa. Sadly, she will also be missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Relatives and friends are invited to gather Saturday morning from 9:30-11:30am at the Murphy Ruffenach Brian W Donnelly Funeral Home, 3rd & Wolf St. Funeral Home Services 11:30am and inurnment will follow in Fernwood Cemetery immediately following.
