Joseph "Unc" Mercanti

Joseph P. Mercanti, affectionately referred to as "Unc". Passed away peacefully on March 11, 2018 at his residence with his family by his side. He was preceded in death by his parents Peter and Theresa (nee DiPierro) and siblings: Anna DiAngelis, Anthony, Samuel, Catherine, John, Carmella DiGiuseppe and Vincent. Joseph is survived by many loving and caring nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Friday morning from 9:30- 10:50am at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 1719 Morris St. Phila 19145. Funeral Mass, 11am. Int. Holy Cross Cemetery.
