Jeffrey J. Orr, suddenly passed away on November 12, 2021. Born to the late John Jones and Patricia Orr and has been a lifelong resident of Philadelphia. He enjoyed spending time with his daughter, his family and will be remembered as a witty, fun loving, caring person who was devoted to his family and friends. Beloved husband of Stacy (nee: Caffarella) and devoted father of Meadow Orr and stepfather of Louie. Brother of Jennifer (David) Panto and special brother of Justin Miraglia. Uncle of his twin nephews David and Nicholas Panto. Relatives and friends are invited to his Memorial Service on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 11:30 AM in the First Christian Assembly, 1900 S. 11th Street, Phila., PA 19148.
