Eric Allan Russino

Eric Allan Russino "E" suddenly passed away on June 13, 2023, in Louisville, KY. Born on August 6, 1978 and was raised in South Philadelphia. He attended Stella Maris and Fell grade schools and Thomas Junior High and South Philadelphia High School. Eric played baseball for SEYA for many years, enjoyed taking trips with his family, especially to North Wildwood. He was a proud member of the Downtowners and Vikings New Years Brigade, he was a diehard Philadelphia sports fan. Eric enjoyed playing video games, enjoyed good food, he had an infectious laugh and great sense of humor, was kindhearted, loving, caring, funny, had a great personality and always gave to those in need. His family was most important to him. Beloved son of Dina Russino and Michael Buccieri. He will be sadly missed by his daughter Nadia Russino. Loving brother of Diana Cotellessa. Nephew of Anthony Russino, Lisa (Frank) Squillace, Thomas Derrah and the late John "Sonny" Russino. Also survived by his wife Heather Giordano and stepchildren. He will be sadly missed by his cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 9:15-10:30am in St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church, 9th & Watkins Streets. Funeral Mass 10:30am. Burial will be private.
