Domenick Italiano Veasey

Domenick Italiano Veasey, Sr. passed away peacefully on June 12, 2026. Born on June 17, 1983, to Donna (née Italiano) and the late Spanky Veasey, Domenick was a lifelong resident of South Philadelphia.
Above all else, Domenick was a devoted father whose world revolved around his beloved son. He cherished every moment they spent together and took great pride in being his father.
Domenick enjoyed spending time at the Jersey Shore, fishing, and learning about history and the events that shaped the world. An intelligent and inquisitive man, he had a passion for knowledge and loved studying different languages, including Spanish, Italian, and German. He was also an avid music enthusiast who enjoyed rap and freestyle music.
He shared a special bond with his grandfather, Domenick, and grandmother, Nora, who owned and operated Italiano's Water Ice. Their relationship and the memories they created together held a special place in his heart.
Domenick is survived by his beloved son, Domenick I. Veasey, Jr.; his loving mother, Donna (née Italiano); his dear aunts, Peachie Veasey and Nanci (Carl MacLeod) Italiano; and his cousin, Alyssa Italiano. He was predeceased by his father, Spanky Veasey.
Funeral services will be private and interment will take place at SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
He will be remembered for his intelligence, curiosity, love of family, and the lasting impact he made on those who knew and loved him.
