Anna Marie Pratt

Anna Marie Pratt (nee: Rissling), affectionately known by all as "Marie". Peacefully passed away on April 14, 2021 at home with her family by her side. Born on November 27, 1931 to the late Ernest Rissling and Margaret Flatley and has been a life long resident of South Philadelphias Whitman Section of the City. At the age of 16, she met what would be the love of her life, Bob and they have been together since. Celebrating 69 years of Marriage this past year. Marie was a traditional family woman who spent her life making her families life better. She enjoyed the time she spent with her grandchildren especially, cooking for them and living through their accomplishments this brought her a lifetime of happiness. In her past time playing crossword puzzles and watching new episodes of NCIS filled her free time. Beloved wife of Robert "Bob" H. Pratt, Sr. and loving mother to Patricia (late Ed) McGinn and Bobby Pratt, Jr. Dearest nan to Ed (Brooke) McGinn, Shannon (James) Burtulato, Bobby (Sherri) McGinn and great nan to 7 great grandchildren. Sister of Marge (Al) Pomeroy, Twins Cass and Joan Rissling and Joseph Rissling. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation Tuesday morning from 9-10:15 at the Murphy Ruffenach Brian W Donnelly Funeral Home, 3rd & Wolf Sts. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11am St. Monica Church. Burial Fernwood Cemetery. Donations in her memory can be made to St. Monica Church (2422 S. 17th St Phila., PA 19145).
