Anna Mae Harvey

Anna Mae Harvey peacefully passed away on November 18,2023 at her daughters home. Born on December 11, 1931, to the late John and Hester (nee: Bright) Shields and has been a lifelong resident of South Philadelphia. Anna was a simple lady who loved taking trips to the Atlantic City Casinos with her family, and many cruises throughout the world and picnics at Lake Worth and Bellmawr Lakes with her family. She enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with her family and going to the YMCA on Christian Street. Anna was a fun loving, caring and dedicated mother who never missed an opportunity to be with them. Beloved wife of the late William Harvey, Sr. Loving mother to Deborah King and William F. Harvey Jr. Sister of Clare Rutter, William Edwards and the late James Shield, Elizabeth White, Hester Handforth, John Shields, Marlene Blemings, Joan Coughlan, and George Edwards. Sadly, she will also be missed by her many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral Services will be private.
