Steven Lee Lacy “Cowboy Steve”, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2020 at the Vitas at Methodist Hospital. Born on July 13, 1952 to William and Evelyn Lacy in Bridgeton, New Jersey and was a retiree of SEPTA where he worked as a facility repairman. Steve enjoyed spending time fishing with his wife in Fortescue, New Jersey and was a devout Dallas Cowboy’s fan. Beloved husband of 32 years to Debbie (nee: Seibold). Brother of William. He will also be missed by his nieces, nephews and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to gather Tuesday morning beginning 11am at the Murphy Ruffenach, Brian W. Donnelly Funeral Home, 3rd & Wolf Sts. Religious Services will follow at 12noon. Burial will be private.
