Mer Dwe, Passed away peacefully on December 17, 2021 at the Thomas Jefferson Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her family by her side. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and funeral on Thursday morning from 10-12noon at the Murphy Ruffenach Brian W Donnelly Funeral Home, 2239 S. 3rd St. Philla., PA 19148. Burial will follow in Fernwood Cemetery.
