Lucille Locicero

February 23, 1929 - November 27, 2021

Lucille Locicero (nee: Ranieri), passed away peacefully on November 27, 2021 at home surrounded by her children. Born on February 23, 1929 to the late William and Mildred (nee: Camarota) Ranieri, she was raised in South Philadelphia and was a graduate of South Philadelphia High School for Girls, Class of 1946. After raising her family, she worked for many years at Deb Shops. Lucille enjoyed winter trips with her husband and friends to Florida, regular dinners and parties with friends and spending time with her family. She will be remembered as a generous, caring, loving and strong-willed woman who was devoted to her grandchildren and family. Beloved wife of the late Daniel Locicero. Loving mother of Anna (Gerald) Daugherty, Frank (Judi) and Kenneth. Devoted grandmother of 6 grandsons and 8 great grandchildren. Sister of the late Ryan “Hootie Moo” Ranieri. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing on Thursday December 2, 2021 from 9:15-10:15 AM at St. Matthew’s Church, 3000 Cottman Avenue, Phila., PA 19149. Funeral Mass to follow at 10:30 AM. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In her memory donations may be made to the above-named church.
