Linda Del Vecchio Scanlon

Linda D. Scanlon (nee: Del Vecchio) passed away peacefully on March 24, 2021 at Methodist Hospital. Born in New Hampshire and later moved to Philadelphia. She attended Francis Reid Elementary School and Southern High School and later graduated from the Philadelphia School of the Arts. She was very a very talented artist and illustrator. Linda was a kind, generous mother, daughter and wife. Beloved mother of William Scanlon, Jr. Wife of William Scanlon, Sr. Devoted daughter of Antoinette Liberato and the late Anthony Del Vecchio. She is also survived by cousins and extended family in Naples, Italy. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Wednesday morning from 9:30-10 AM at St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church, 9th & Watkins Streets. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 AM. Burial SS: Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
