Anthony J. Santora, “Tony Baccala”. Passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on April 28, 2020 in West Wildwood, NJ. He was affectionately referred to as the “Mayor of West Wildwood”. Tony was born on July 1, 1940 to Charles and Katherine (Riley) Santora and was raised here. He was a truck driver and a brother of Teamster Union local 513. After his retirement Tony enjoyed living at the shore and fishing with his friends on his boat. When you think of him thoughts of him joking, laughing and his wonderful smile are what you remember the most. Anthony will be sadly missed by the “Love of His Life”, his beloved wife of 57 years, Anna (Heffron); His loving daughter Anne Santora-O’Neill and by his devoted grandson Thomas A. (Bernadette) O’Neill. Dearest brother of John (Angie) Santora, Patricia (Joe) Wyatt and the late Lucille Bryson, Charles Santora, Catherine Lowther, Alice Kane and Maryanne Lopatzie. Also, he will be missed by his brother in law, John Kane; his many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his devoted companion, Kali. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday morning from 8:30-10am at the Murphy Ruffenach, Brian W. Donnelly Funeral Home, 3rd & Wolf Streets. A Private Funeral Mass will begin at 10:30am, Our Lady of Mt Carmel. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, PA.
